Saturday's deep condition

Ok, so I went to deep condition my hair Saturday, I just read that I needed a moisturizing conditioner so I looked through my arsenal of conditioners. I didn't realize how many protein conditioners I had. I finally found one, yay! Soooo, I put the Nexxus moisturizing conditioner on my hair then started reading ingredients and saw that it is full of silicone! WTH?? Ok, I purchased this b4 I knew about silicones. Ok, I now have the conditioner on my hair, I tied my du rag on, popped on my cap and went to the gym to sweat! I know better now, I jut keep learning new things! Just when you think you know something huh?
